Stefano Bison is the Group Head of Business Development, Partnerships & Innovation at Assicurazioni Generali where he is in charge of the Unit responsible for identifying and launching, at Group / global level, new business initiatives and new (strategic) partnerships with startups or other leading companies, triggering business development / transformation in the Generali Group.

He also acts as Board Member / Non-Executive Director of Generali HITS (House of InsurTech Switzerland) and various other organizations.

As an ex strategy consultant (Senior Manager @ The Boston Consulting Group) and, previously, investment banker (@ Lehman Brothers – FIG M&A, then Nomura after LB bail-out), Stefano is passionate about innovation and digital startups. In fact, on top of his “ordinary” job, he is also an equity partner of Moffu (a seed / early stage venture fund) and a serial angel investor in startups, passionately engaged in supporting some of them in developing their businesses and raising funds, sometimes even providing coaching to their entrepreneurs.

Stefano holds a MSc magna cum laude from Bocconi University-Milan, with international study experiences also at CBS-Copenhagen, IESE-Barcellona and IMD-Lausanne.
