I am currently Global Head of Collaborative Robotics and Partnerships Development within ABB Robotics & Discrete Automation: Empowering businesses of all sizes to automate repetitive, hazardous processes, boosting productivity, and enabling employees to focus on value-added tasks. Leading in an industry projected to grow from USD 1.2 billion in 2023 to USD 6.8 billion by 2029 at a CAGR of 34.3%. I started off in a small family-owned business and joined the Swedish–Swiss multinational corporation ABB later. This gave me the possibilities to deal with both the entrepreneurial, fast moving, flexible style of the first as well with the structured, systematic and result driven approach of the second. With experience spanning from both small family-owned businesses to multinational corporation like ABB, I’ve sharpened my leadership skills in diverse markets, geographies, sales and marketing, product management, services and business strategies. Born in Turin, Italy in 1969, I’ve lived in both Italy and the US.
