Carolina Montagna

Carolina Montagna is CEO of B Heroes, Italian venture capital company focused on investments in high-potential start-ups in the seed stage.

Carolina started her career in the consulting field, first as auditor at Ernst & Young and then moving to PWC with the role of Financial Due Diligence Consultant, with a focus on M&A. In 2017, she joined FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles serving as Senior Analyst, Business Development & M&A.

She joined the B Heroes’ team (formerly Boost Heroes) in 2018 as Investment Manager. Since then she has been involved in investing in more than 100 startups and joined the Board in 2020.
